Common questions

Are my original images safe? Yes. Before any conversion, the original image URL, alt text, and position are backed up. Every batch has a "Revert to original images" button and a downloadable backup CSV.

Will conversion break my variant images? No. Images linked to variants are automatically re-linked to the converted version, and restored on revert.

What does the quality setting mean? 70% is a good default — visually near-identical with large savings. Use 80–90% for photography-heavy catalogs, 50–60% for maximum compression.

How do I cancel? Simply uninstall the app from your Shopify admin — the subscription ends automatically.
